‘The Haunting of Hill House’

Netflix is creating a modern re-imagining of the classic 1959 horror novel of the same name by Shirley Jackson. Carla Gugino (“Wayward Pines,” “Spy Kids”) and Michiel Huisman (“Game of Thrones,” “Orphan Black”) star in the 10-episode series.

What are they looking for?

People of all ethnicities, age 35 to 100, are needed for a funeral scene.

When are they filming?

Filming will take place at a mansion location in LaGrange on Oct. 24

How much does it pay?

Pay is $80 for eight hours with a $15 gas bump. You won’t have a full 12-hour day.

How do I submit?

Send an e-mail to ExtrasCastingTM@gmail.com with the subject line "FUNERAL 24." Include three current photos of yourself (one facing forward, one medium length and one full length) that are well lit, in focus and preferably with a plain background.

Include your legal name, phone number, email address, actual age, height, weight, sizes (top, pants and shoe) and current city and state. State whether you have any tattoos, and if so, note their location and description. You can also submit information about your car, including its color, year, make, model and a photo.
