A man wanted in connection with the New Year's Day shooting of a man found dead in the driver's seat of a car at a Buford apartment complex turned himself in over the weekend, Gwinnett County police said.
Gwinnett police Sgt. Brian Doan said Quindarius Keshun Morton surrendered Saturday afternoon at the Gwinnett County Detention Center and has been charged with felony murder and aggravated assault in the death of 22-year-old Reginald Bien-Aime.
Officers found Bien-Aime dead Thursday night when they responded to a call that four to six shots had been fired at The Reserve at Ivy Creek apartments on Appaloosa Lane.
Morton remained jailed without bond Monday morning.
