So you're already on the internet, congrats! But if it's getting toward the end of the month and data is running low, you're going to need a way to get to cat videos and ajc.com every day.
The Cobb County Public Library System has your back.
Now you can rent a Wi-Fi hotspot from the library for your internet-perusing fix.
"This service is designed to connect Cobb and extend the access that the library already provides the Cobb Community further into the internet," according to the library website, where you can read more.
You rent the T-Mobile devices for seven days if you are a Cobb County resident who already has access to the library internet with your library cards. The rentals are not renewable, and overdue fines are a dollar a day. You can connect up to 10 devices a day and the download speed is about 12 megabytes per second. The battery should last you about six hours.
And while you're online, don't forget to visit the Cobb County News Now Facebook page for the latest on your community.
