When someone told Talaya Render she resembled the late legend a few months ago, she wasn't too thrilled. But come Halloween time, Render embraced the "Prince look" and stunned everyone.

Render, a 25-year-old stylist at Atlanta's Like the River Salon, pieced together her costume with items she already owned for her company's annual Halloween costume contest.

She bought a curly wig, but left it behind when she realized she didn't even need it.

Though the Lithonia resident is a fan of Prince's music and style, to get in character, Render took to YouTube to study his auditions, concerts and interviews.

Since her costume debut, people have really been blown away by the uncanny resemblance. Take a look for yourself:
