Development in Sandy Springs doesn’t seem to be letting up anytime soon — especially not in the apartment arena.

There's the new town center and municipal complex, called City Center.

There's the planned apartment complex at the Palisades office park.

And at Hammond Drive and Peachtree-Dunwoody Road, construction is well underway on a mixed-use development with retail and restaurant opportunities.

Hanover at Perimeter Town Center will have three retail spaces totaling 17,072 square feet, residential units and parking, according to the Coro Realty website.

Perimeter Town Center, also a Coro Realty property, is close to Ga. 400 and houses Uncle Julio's Fine Mexican, Gigi's Cupcakes, Figo Pasta and Publix.

Coro Realty did not respond for comment.
