A Chinese restaurant near Stonecrest Mall in DeKalb County failed its health inspection this week with the inspector noting a variety of issues.

Grand China, located at 8200 Mall Parkway in Suite 130, received a 66 on the Wednesday inspection, according to the report.

The inspector took issue with raw egg shells stored next to cooked chicken and other food, as well as employees washing hands in a prep sink instead of a sink for hand washing.

The inspector also docked the restaurant after seeing debris on walls and the floor. Cardboard was lining the floor.

An employee at the restaurant, who didn’t give his name, said Friday everything was under control.
