Where were you at 5:30 a.m. Monday?

Sleeping? Getting ready for work? Exercising?

Whatever it was, if you weren't in line at the new Zaxby's in Snellville, you missed out on a lot of free chicken.

People started lining up at the 1780 Scenic Highway location before 6 a.m., according to a spokesperson.

By 9:30 a.m., 83 people were in line.

All of the deals — "Fanatic Pack of 52 Free Dealz," which gets winners a free item each week for a year — had been doled out before 11 a.m.

That same day, another new restaurant from the fast-food chain opened in Marietta.
