Sandy Springs police are searching for two suspects who assaulted a woman, stole things from her home and left in her boyfriend’s car on Monday.
Police describe the suspects as two men who are between 5 feet 10 inches and 6 feet tall. Both were wearing all black and ski masks. The car that was stolen, a blue 2006 Buick Lacrosse, was found in Rock Hill, North Carolina.
The 28-year-old female victim drove herself to Northside Hospital after the incident, and police said she had blood on her face and complained of pain on the right said of her head. The victim told police one suspect punched her and pointed a gun at her.

According to the police report, $780 in cash was taken from the home, in addition to shoes, clothes and jewelry, totaling a value of $9,450.
The incident occurred after 6 p.m. off Winding River Drive in Sandy Springs, police said. The victim told police she was taking her two dogs out for a walk through the back door when the two men appeared and began to assault her.
The dogs were not harmed, according to the report.
Police said the suspects forced the victim back into her residence and one punched her in the face and continued to assault her in the kitchen while the other searched her home. A suspect then forced the victim into her car and told her to drive to ATMs to get money for him.
The victim said she drove to several ATMs but told the suspect she couldn’t withdraw money from the ATMs in the area. The suspect then made the victim drop him off in an undisclosed area, where he fled on foot.
The victim then drove herself to the hospital and the victim’s boyfriend met with police at the home. That’s when he noticed his car was missing.
