Two weeks after winning, a man has claimed his $3.8 million prize from a Georgia Lottery game.

Earnest Hines Jr. of Macon had the winning ticket in the Jumbo Bucks Lotto drawing July 20, lottery spokesman Nia Roberts told the Macon Telegraph. He came forward to claim the prize Thursday but declined to have his picture taken.

A store in Macon, ABC Food Mart, sold the winning ticket, according to lottery officials.
