“This is a unique and hip area in Atlanta,” said Justin Latone, director of leasing for the center. “With this retail center, we elected to pursue more local and trendy businesses in the area like Takorea and gusto!, but we also want to attract highly respected businesses like 365 by Whole Foods, which will be the first in Georgia.”

365 by Whole Foods is a “concept grocery store” described as simple, affordable and convenient.

The 18-acre site used to be the Nalley Nissan and Infiniti dealership. DeKalb Medical Center is across the street.

The Decide DeKalb Development Authority approved more than $1.8 million North Decatur Square.
