McNeil, who was sentenced to life in prison for murdering his contractor, enters a plea Tuesday, February 12, 2013 before Cobb County Superior Court Judge Gregory Poole. Hel was sentenced to 20 years but was released on 7 years time served, with 13 years of probation.
