A Snellville hibachi restaurant failed its most recent inspection, county records show.

Chin Chin Hibachi Express earned a 64/U on the inspection, which was conducted Tuesday afternoon.

The inspector noted a “black mold-like substance” on drink nozzles. The moldy nozzles were cleaned during the inspection.

Raw chicken was found stored over clean fruit, and raw beef was found over sauces in the walk-in cooler.

A bucket of raw chicken was left on the floor and cooked chicken was held at 74 degrees, considered an unsafe temperature, according to the report.
