Fulton County residents have until July 10 to appeal assessments, whether online, in person or by mail.

The Fulton County Tax Assesors’ Office has issued assessments to more than 320,000 properties. Georgia law requires that values must be within 90 - 110 percent of market value. Most 2017 valuations show a real estate market with similar values to those before the 2008 recession occured, the county said. There are several property tax relief measures that can be explored.
