When it comes to cities in Fulton County, the big one of Atlanta tends to dominate the conversation.

But WalletHub has taken a look at the best small cities in America, and a handful of Fulton cities found themselves on the list.

Of those five, Alpharetta fared the best, with East Point just barely making it in at the very end. Johns Creek, Roswell and Sandy Springs also made the cut.

The financial website compared 1,268 cities with populations between 25,000 and 100,000 residents based on 30 key indicators of livability from "housing costs" to "school-system quality" to "number of restaurants per capita."
