Two locations of the fast-casual restaurant franchise Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers are coming to Cobb County.

In Kennesaw, a location that's set to open next month is under construction at 1360 Earnest Barret Parkway.

In Marietta, ground recently broke on a 3,010-square-foot, free-standing restaurant expected to open this winter at 3705 Dallas Highway SW.

Nick Esterline, franchise owner, said The Avenue West Cobb is a "flourishing hub for commercial business."

“It’s proximal to residential neighborhoods and has a steady flow of traffic through the area," Esterline said in a news release. "We hope to offer a quick, yet quality, dining experience for shoppers on their way to or from the shopping center, as well as area residents looking for a place to relax and enjoy a meal with family and friends.”

The Marietta location — which will seat 100 guests, have additional seating on the patio and offer drive-thru service — will be developed by TGC Development Group and operated by JRI Management.
