A south DeKalb County strip club failed a health inspection Wednesday with concerns about food preparation and cleanliness.
Club Blaze, located at 3438 Moreland Ave. outside Conley, received a 67 on the inspection, according to the report.
“We’re correcting everything that was wrong,” said a manager who didn’t give his name before hanging up Thursday. “Just a lot of little small things.”
The inspector took issue with an employee cutting lemons without gloves and wearing a bracelet and a rubberband on their wrist.

The inspector docked the club for the employee washing fruits in the hand sink. There also was a “heavy” leak in the sink, which caused concern.
The 67 is down from the 80 the club got in October and the 84 from last March.
Establishments that fail inspections are generally rechecked within 10 days.
