In a meeting planned on the popular dating app PlentyOfFish, a 28-year-old DeKalb County man allegedly kidnapped and raped an underage girl.

Newly-released warrants reveal the accusations:

Brookhaven police say the girl told Demetrius Ledbetter, who’s been jailed without bond since last week, she was 15. He had her over to his apartment on April 23, forced her to smoke hookah, gave her alcohol, and after she fell asleep on the couch, he and another man raped her together.

She wasn’t allowed to leave the Buford Highway apartment for about three hours.

Police haven’t said if the second suspect has been identified. Requests for more information this week weren’t fulfilled.
