A repeat offender of sexual crimes is accused of offending again when he allegedly exposed himself to a woman on a MARTA train.

According to a warrant released Thursday, Joseph Eric Grier, 32, of Decatur is charged with public indecency. He’s previously been convicted of child molestation in 2006 and public indecency in 2005, DeKalb County court records show.

The latest alleged crime is said to have happened on a train in DeKalb at the Indian Creek Station last Friday around 8:30 a.m.

Grier admitted to exposing himself to the woman, the warrant said.

Grier remained in the county jail Thursday, but he can post $1,000 bond to be released.
