Police are looking for a suspect who allegedly robbed a northeast Atlanta bank Wednesday afternoon.
A man gave a Regions Bank teller a note which, according to an incident report, said: “No alarms, bait money, or dye packs and no one get hurts. Money in bag 30 seconds.” He then began to count down from 30, the teller told police.
As the teller filled a bag with money, the suspect “became more belligerent and when his verbal countdown reached the number 10, the suspect became louder,” the report notes. The suspect then allegedly placed his hand down into his waistband, which led the teller to believe he was possibly armed. No weapon was observed.

Despite the order in the demand note, the teller “discreetly” activated a panic alarm during the robbery, the report said. However, the suspect walked out of the bank two minutes after entering with $1,538 in cash.
Security video shows the suspect getting in a black Toyota Corolla parked in a nearby parking lot and driving away.
The bank is located at 2419 Cheshire Bridge Road NE.
