A Marietta man has been indicted on a slew of charges after investigators said they found he had more than 200 images and video of child pornography.
The grand jury indicted Russell Austyn Miller, who lives on Wilson Circle, on 32 counts of sexual exploitation of a child on July 27, according to court documents.
Fifteen of the counts stem from illicit images and video allegedly recorded during online exchanges with a 14-year-old girl who told detectives she was in an “internet relationship” with Miller, according to a warrant. He is more than twice her age.
Some of the other images and videos were identified by The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children as being illegal content that has been circulated online.
Miller has been in Cobb County jail since his October arrest, jail records show.
His next scheduled court date was not immediately available.
