Cobb County officers are looking for a man they said robbed an Austell bank Friday morning.

Police said the man walked into the Wells Fargo at 4046 Austell Road and handed the teller a note demanding money.

The man left about 10:40 a.m. with an unknown amount of cash heading east toward a nearby McDonald’s, police said.

Investigators described the man as black, in his late 40s to early 50s and standing between 5 feet 4 inches and 5 feet 6 inches tall.
The man, seen on surveillance camera, had a mustache and was wearing dark sunglasses, a long-sleeve plaid shirt, gray hoodie, dark blue jeans and a black baseball cap.
