The listing agent calls the home at 1202 Springdale Road, a house built in 1923 with intricate plaster molding and chandeliers, “one of the most elegant homes in Druid Hills.”

Listed on Zillow.com for $1.8 million, the home features an oval side entry foyer with six floor-to-ceiling archways and a living room with 13-foot ceilings.

The 4-bed, 3.5-bath home also has French doors leading to a bricked veranda overlooking a sweeping front yard and a pool. Then there are the four fireplaces and the elevator.
