A Hall County woman was arrested after officials say she had consensual sex with a 15-year-old boy.
Jessica Nicole Roberts, 33, of Gainesville, was arrested Tuesday and charged with statutory rape, Hall County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Deputy Stephen Wilbanks said.
The relationship between Roberts and the boy took place over several months from 2015 to 2016, Wilbanks said.
She is out of jail on $16,700 bond.
The investigation is ongoing.
