Atlanta police are seeking the public’s help to identify those suspected in the shooting death of a man carjacked in southwest Atlanta.

“Investigators are releasing surveillance footage of the suspects in an effort to identify anyone involved in this homicide,” Atlanta police Sgt. John Chafee said.

Martin Hvizda, 31, was found dead about 7:30 p.m. Saturday in the 500 block of Joseph E. Lowery Boulevard.

“The shooting appears to have been a result of a motor vehicle hijacking,” Atlanta police Officer Stephanie Brown said. “And the unknown suspects fled the area in the victim’s vehicle.”

The car is described as a silver Infiniti FX with tinted windows, black rims and a Georgia tag of QAC 3166.
