In breaking up a large drug distribution operation, authorities arrested “Monroe County’s Queen Pin,” sheriff’s officials said Wednesday.
Jayna Marie Forbus, 38, was among more than 20 people arrested in what was called “Operation No Doze,” the Macon Telegraph reported. The operation allegedly sold drugs and did other illegal business nearly 24 hours a day.
An estimated $55,000 worth of drugs were seized, authorities said. The operation allegedly sold crystal methamphetamine, marijuana, Ecstasy and hydrocodone.
Agents from the U.S. Marshals Service helped the sheriff’s office in the investigation, the newspaper reported.
Investigators made traffic stops and used search warrants and electronic surveillance, according to authorities.
Many of the other people arrested were from Forsyth, the newspaper reported. One was from Locust Grove, and one was from Dacula.
