A man found in California became the third person charged with murder in North Georgia in connection with a burned body discovered in January, officials said.

The Tennessee man, Kevin Isaza, was arrested by U.S. marshals and brought back to Dalton, the Daily Citizen reported. The 24-year-old was booked into the Whitfield County jail Monday.

A 13-year-old boy found the body of Luis Antonio Lopez, 26, on Jan. 10 in woods near I-75. Authorities said Lopez had been shot and killed before his body was set on fire and dumped in the southern part of the county.

Two other Tennessee men, Roberto Viera-Aybar and Hector Ruiz, were arrested in February on murder charges and remain in custody.

Lopez had been arrested in Nashville, Tenn., last summer for being part of a marijuana network, the paper reported. He was one of 11 people arrested after the two-year investigation.
