A man pleaded guilty Tuesday to pimping a 17-year-old girl in a Buckhead hotel room, the Georgia Attorney General’s Office said in a news release.

Andre Jones admitted to trafficking the teen in November 2014. He pleaded guilty to sex trafficking, pimping and pandering charges.

Jones was sentenced to 19 years with nine to serve in jail.

According to the release, Jones told the girl she could earn money for college by working for him. Jones agreed to split the earnings – $200 per hour – with the teen, but he later decided to keep it.

The victim was saved by the FBI’s Child Trafficking Task Force the second day she was trafficked.

Jones’ co-defendant, Daeun Jones, will be tried at a later date.

This wasn’t the first time Andre Jones trafficked a victim. He previously pimped an adult for sex in Sandy Springs, according to the release. Then after the November 2014 incident, he tried to pimp an undercover agent posing as a 16-year-old on Backpage.com.
