Marietta police say a man who fired 10 to 12 rounds near an occupied school bus earlier this month has been identified.

Malcolm Girard Ivey, 21, of Marietta, is wanted on charges of reckless conduct and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. His whereabouts are unknown, according to police.

On Nov. 9, two elementary school students were about to get off the bus when the driver saw a man firing shots toward a house in front of where the bus was stopped at McIntosh Avenue and McArthur Drive.
