Georgia adoptive mom wanted on child abuse charges

Authorities are searching for a mother accused of abusing her adopted children.

Brenda Faye Brown faces charges of battery family violence and cruelty to children in the first and third degree, Monroe police wrote in a release.

She is believed to be driving a beige 2005 Nissan Altima with the license plate BWB9489. The right front passenger side has slight fender damage.
