Georgia Bureau of Investigation agents have charged a Douglasville man with murder in connection with a February slaying in Toccoa.

Marqkeela Lawain Hill, 21, was arrested Monday in Douglasville, the GBI said Tuesday in a media release. He is accused in the slaying of Tomas Colbert, 21, who was found dead on Feb. 7 at a residence on Falls Road in Toccoa. The victim died of multiple gunshot wounds, the GBI said.

The investigation is still open, the GBI said.
