Georgia Bureau of Investigation agents have charged a Douglasville man with murder in connection with a February slaying in Toccoa.

Marqkeela Lawain Hill, 21, was arrested Monday in Douglasville, the GBI said Tuesday in a media release. He is accused in the slaying of Tomas Colbert, 21, who was found dead on Feb. 7 at a residence on Falls Road in Toccoa. The victim died of multiple gunshot wounds, the GBI said.

The investigation is still open, the GBI said.

Toccoa is more than 90 miles northeast of Atlanta.
