Authorities received a cyber tip that Williams was uploading child porn at a 4-H location in Lumpkin County where he worked for the youth organization, Lt. Alan D. Roach said.

Lumpkin authorities searched the 4-H camp Sept. 15 as well as Williams' home. A hard drive with child porn was found inside the home, Roach said.

The GBI and the University of Georgia police assisted in the investigation.
