Cobb County police have surveillance photos and some leads, but they still are seeking the people who killed a man in Mableton last May, Channel 2 Action News reported.

“He was shot and left to die,” Det. Phil Stoddard said of 41-year-old De'wenzel Spence.

Police say the suspects forced Spence to go with them from Turner Field to a bank in Mableton, where they withdrew money from an ATM, Channel 2 reported.

Then the people dumped Spence’s body in a wooded area after killing him, police said.

The next day, two men and then two women used the victim's MARTA breeze card near Turner Field.

"For them to use that amount of violence against someone they don't know, for money, worries us," Stoddard said.
