A 48-year-old man died after a single-car crash in Forsyth County last week.

About 7 p.m. Thursday, authorities received a phone call from OnStar about a crash on Keith Bridge Road between Leland Drive and Burma Road, the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.

When deputies arrived, they found the driver, Robert Fraser of Cumming, unresponsive. Deputies attempted life-saving measures, but Fraser was pronounced dead at the scene, the release said.

Crash investigators believe Fraser suffered a medical episode before the wreck. No other information has been released.

The investigation is ongoing.
