An earlier fire at the Peachtree Summit Federal Building that forced evacuations has been put out, authorities said Friday.

The fire was contained to an electrical panel, and one woman was taken to a hospital with injuries not related to the fire, Atlanta Fire Rescue said in a tweet.

Sgt. Cortez Stafford said the fire started in the basement in the building at 401 West Peachtree Street. The cause has yet to be determined by investigators.
