2 arrested, accused of sexually assaulting girl

Two men were arrested in connection with a sexual assault against a girl at a home near Calhoun, Gordon County Sheriff’s spokeswoman Charlotte Harford said.
The alleged assault happened Feb. 4, but deputies weren’t told of the attack until Feb. 10, Harford said.
One of the men, Jacob Silvers, 20, of Fairmount, turned himself into authorities Feb. 15. A second man, Justice Darden, 19, of Calhoun, was arrested Friday.
Both were charged with rape.
