A membership-based, co-living company called Podshare is attracting millennials with its tiny living spaces for just $40 a night.

The "pods," which Business Insider describes as "a mix between a hotel, hostel, and an Airbnb," offers guests their own bunk with a TV, outlets, locker and more.
