You’ve heard of sleepwalking and sleep-talking, but did you know that there’s a such thing as a sleep-related eating disorder?

Sleep doctor Michael Breus reveals some of the strangest things people have done in their sleep without even realizing it and also dishes out some expert advice to combat some of the serious issues that may result from the habits.
