Book signing for book about snow in Atlanta canceled ...because of snow

The snow kept falling and falling. Schools let out early. Theater performances were canceled. Saturday's high school football state championship games at Mercedes-Benz Stadium were postponed.

And are you ready for this? A local author was forced to cancel her book signing for her book about snow in Atlanta because of...yes - snow in Atlanta.

Renee Regent posted about the cancellation on Twitter with the hashtags

#irony and #whatarethechances.

Regent, who describes herself on Twitter as a multi-published Romance Author, Blogger, and owner of 4 turtles, was set to do a book signing for her book, "Running In Snow" at The Gifted Ferret in Woodstock early Saturday.

Oh, the irony.

And not the only one.
